C1 - full marks/100 UMSWatch
Hello everyone, I just wondered if, in C1, full marks/100 UMS is a common occurrence? And is there any statistics anywhere about the average mark scored on C1?
It's fairly standard - I think there was a year where the modal mark was 100 UMS. You just need to focus on arithmetic and not making silly mistakes.
That's really not constructive. If you're going to go down that route, all core A-Level modules as well as the easier FP, M, S and D are "insults" to mathematicians.

I think OCR and AQA are both quite heavy on e, integration and trig identities. So much satisfaction doing those papers omg. My exam board for maths was AQA but I did OCR papers for revision too I really loved Core 3 it's amazing
Oh yeah I forgot Edexcel existed I think I did PE and GCSE Accelerated Maths with them. Our school generally goes with OCR except for Maths and English and maybe some Social Sciences. We're not even a Welsh school but we used WJEC for Latin at GCSE how bizarre lol
aqa for bio chem physics geography french and further maths
ocr for history and computer science
edexcel for maths
wjec for eng lit and lang
