How to solve??

Not looking for the answer, just what the steps are to calculate the mass of sodium iodide, NaI, required to make 25.0 cm3 of a 0.50 mol dm-3 solution
25*50/1000 = 1.25 moles.
1.25 * mr (molar mass found on periodic table) = answer.

1) calculate the number of moles of NaI using the equation: n = c x v
2) calculate the mass of NaI using m = n x Mr

Let me know if you would like me to explain the steps a bit more or help you with the answer and I would be more than happy to help you.
