Good guess :tongue: it is grilled, but it's made from rice and you add some stuff (:eek4: I don't know how to do it, my mum does it all :colondollar:) and it's great! A bit of a choking hazard, though. :erm:

It's very solid (not like a brick, well.. if you don't grill enough I guess it could be like a brick). The texture is fine but you have to chew it a lot before even thinking about trying to digest it. If you ever get the chance to make it you could probably find recipes online :tongue: it is delish.

Tomorrow's bread and ham might top that though or Friday's food
