Nausea- feel really ill, how can I get rid of it?

I woke up this morning feeling really nauseous, and have been ever since. I feel really, really sick, but Im pretty sure Im not going to be

I thought it would have passed by now but it hasnt. At first I thought it was from having an empty stomach so as soon as I got up at 7am I had some dry toast and an apple, but that didnt work

I havent got any other symptoms apart from feeling sick and being tired, I havent been drinking, taken any medication etc. And I am definitely not pregnant before anyone says that!! :p: I dont think its a bug because I dont have an upset stomach or anything like that

How can I get rid of it? I was thinking to eat some dry crackers, but the sight/thought of food actually makes me feel worse, so I dont think I can! :s-smilie:

Sometimes I think I feel better but 5 minutes later it returns again, it sort of comes and goes in waves
Any suggestions?!

Maybe drinking something like water or fizzy water/diet lemonade would help.

I'd suggest pop to the loo - trapped food and that bloated feeling can leave me feeling nauseous. Then try to get something a bit more substancial but starchy into your stomach - should help to settle it. Try a bowl of cereal or some pasta. Stay away from the fizzy or acidy drinks if you can - all they'll do is peturb your stomach.

I suffer from Nausea a LOT.

The only things that help me are..

A cold, wet, facecloth on my neck
Ginger biscuits
mints
PEPTO BISMOL.

If you can stomach it, a cup of hot, sugary tea may help. It'll fill you up a bit too so you don't end up feeling sick from lack of food.
