Asos MAJORLY messed up my order!!

I was really looking forward to my asos order arriving... spent uquite a lot of money on a lot of stuff sow as really looking forward to it...
dashed home only to find FOUR mistakes in the order!

1) the turquoise kaftan i ordered and LOVED has not arrived :'( nor is it quoted on the order form

2) instead, they seem to have given me this really manky greyish striped blazer jacket, which is gros and i cant even find it on the asos site :s-smilie: it isnt quoted on the delviery sheet either... weird...

3) the necklace that i ordered is quoted on the delviery form but has not arrived

4) they have sent me some fashion tape stuff which i did not order which is on the delviery form


im really annoyed :frown: the blue kaftan and necklace were 2 of my fav items ordered and ive got two weird items instead?!?
I have just emailed them telling them the problem, but to be honest im really confused how they could have messed it up SO badly.. one or two mistakes fair enough but come on!

In the past ive found them to be nothing but very reliable :frown: very disappointed! Anybody else had a similar experience or has any advice? Im worried ive been charged for this crap! :frown:

I love asos but they messed up my ugg boots order
well...they lost them....and then didnt tell me till there were non left in my size!
i wasnt impressed!

still shop from them though...just not as much!

Whats also annoying is they dont let you contact them by phone, ive hunted the site for a number but cant find one, apparantly because this will be of greter cost to them than email... sorry but they must have a phone in the office they are emailing from? I want to know how much has been charged to my card

you need to calculate up the total of your order, then how much these 2 crap items they have added would cost, work it out, then go into your bank and get them to look on the system for you, which can be much easier than just printing out a statement, as you said you had emailed them, you need to send back your order with comments on etc explaining again, then hopefully they should sort it :smile:

You shoudl be charged with whats on the order form.

This is also why I love internet banking as I can check whats gone though on my account as soon as it has :smile:

Yeah i wanted to check how much the other stuff cost me but theres no invoice in the delivery!!! just a 'delivery note' which didnt have the price :s-smilie: this confused me as they are meant to have cotings of what theyve delviered arnt they?

Oh this doesn't bode well...

I've seen a couple of cute clearance things I want from ASOS, but have a few qs - didn't wanna start another thread. First what's their sizing like? Can I go by the size I am in Next/New Look for tops? Secondly do discount codes work on clearance stuff and if so do people have any?

I started using ASOS a couple of months ago, and have spent over £500 there. If there prices weren't as good I wouldn't use them because their customer service is a ****ing shambles, I waited over 4 weeks for one order and they don't even have the courtesy to email you and tell you it has been delayed! www.swerve.co.uk is good

I started using ASOS a couple of months ago, and have spent over £500 there. I ordered some stuff from ASOS last week and its been fine apart from a bracelet I ordered was broken when it arrived. So I emailed them like it says to do on the returns slip, saying I would send it back and I wanted a replacement. So they emailed me the day after and told me to "dispose" of the bracelet, and that they had already refunded the amount for it back into my account, which I didnt want them to do!:rolleyes: I really wanted the bracelet as its gorgeous, but now Im going to have to pay for another one, and pay £3.95 just to have 1 bracelet delivered, which seems sort of pointless!!

ClareR, your order sounds well dodgy...sending you random jackets and things :s-smilie:. Commiserations.

I ordered some shoes and cosmetics from asos last month, and everything was fine.

Another order is arriving (according to tracking) tomorrow containing jeans, a necklace and a cardi. I hope none of it is broken :frown: If it does arrive tomorrow that'll be under a week since I ordered it, which is good enough. So yeah so far I'm happy with asos...just thought I'd stick up for them.

Yeah ive used them before and theyve always been mega reliable, and ive been really impressed with how quickly it all arrived etc, which is why i was so shocked lol. I just think its a bit random they sent me some jacket that isnt even on their website! :confused: lol. Fingers crossed it will all be sorted on monday....
