I would find them a turn off at that age but they aren't a deal breaker plus they aren't permanent either and you'll have a great smile at the end of it.

I'd find it cute provided the guy kept his oral hygiene in tip top conditions and doesn't get that nasty white residue (idk what its called) staining his teeth because the contrast between that and the yellow tinge of teeth can be a complete turn off

omfg this guy in my old school with braces always ate sandwiches at break and whenever he'd talk to us, you'd see all the chewed up bread stuck in his braces. nasty af

Barely notice them haha. I only recently discovered that my friend of 2 years has 'em and I'd never noticed that whole time
