I've got a question, he mentions scientific miracles in the quran - do all muslims describe this or are there muslims who don't accept scientific miracles?

If you are interested in Islam I'd suggest you go to the nearest Islamic centre/mosque where you could get more accurate answer.
I hope this helped

So no dawah today? I was interested to see muslims explain their faith, why it is true and why I should convert.

I would go into a mosque and do not worry you will not be looked at ask questions, You will gain so much knowledge.
Faith is a individual choice I would not force anyone into religion

brother/sister I would study Islam by reading the Quran and the hadiths. I would look into Islam through textbooks not through the internet.

I know the Quran is central to Islam, is it the main reason for Islam being true?

Pluralistic Hinduism - since it contains atheism and agnosticism too within its diverse philosophies
