I know there are loads of threads about headaches at the moment, but none that include all my symptoms, so here goes:
NB - I have an eye test booked for Monday morning.
For just over a week now I've had a persistent headache, focusing mainly around my eyebrows, nose and temples. I've also been feeling quite sick. I took this to be some sort of sinus infection so I went to the doctor's and he gave me some antibiotics, which I'm still taking. I haven't had any of the other more.. unpleasant.. symptoms of a sinus infection though (talking about mucus and stuff here. All clear on that part.) I've also made sure to stay off the computer more and get plenty of sleep, but it hasn't helped.
My vision's always been very good - I had a full eyes test about 2 years ago and it was fine when I took my driving test in January (when I had to read the car license plate). But I find this week that when I read I get a weird feeling behind my eyes, and I get a bit dizzy. I also develop a headache if I read for too long (which I never used to) and I have a constant 'tight' feeling across my eyes.
I have hayfever and I get frequent migraines, so it could be either of these, but I was wondering if anybody's had similar problems and what the cause turned out to be. Was it eyestrain? Short/long shightedness? I have my first exam in two weeks and I'm finding it so hard to revise 'cause I just can't read properly.
Any ideas?
