what is douching?

Haven't a clue!

It's injecting a liquid into the vagina to 'clean' it. However it's a stupid and even harmful practice because it totally wipes out the bacteria which keep you healthy down there. Bad news.

they said jump in the shower take the shower head down there and then jump on your guy when you get out
