    as fr the rice, wel it's gonna be white i'm afraid..anythin else to substitute it?

    oh yeha add to all of this half an hour of exercise of some descrip- eg skipping/jogging/toning exercises

    dont do toning exercises instead of, if you want to you can do them as well, but you wanna be getting your heartrate up for a constant 40-60 minutes..

    i have done it before, ages ago when i was kinda chubbier....my metabolism has stayed pretty good since (on average im a stone lighter than i was) but its annoyin that im so mis-proportioned- im not even a nice hourglass, im like an hourglass gone wrong
