well... it contains the same element as last year i think
task one- spreadsheet
task 2- graphics and word processing
task 3- website
task 4- data base
i am stuck on task 1
have already done task 2 and 3

There's an fx button in excel that you click, and you get a list of available functions. You can also search for a function by keyword.

Total days hired is just Return date-collection date, isn't it?

Then Weeks is that number divided by 7.

Okay. Say that the cell ref. for Return Date is C6, and the cell ref for Collection Date is C7.

For Total Days Hired (or whatever else you're calling it):
=C6-C7

Say Total Days Hired is in D8.

For Total Weeks Hired:
=D8/7

soooo when i divided total weeks hired i got my answer in decimal 12.142...
is it right?
also there is a cell on days?
