    Ruud is right behind him, would have been better if he got more power on it and it flew in, still a great goal though!

    If Figo's shot that hit the post had gone in that would have been goal of tournament by some distance so far, the play that went before it was amazing

    if the no. nine for lativa scored, i think that would have been the goal of the tournament gareeted, shame he missed.

    p.s. lativa should have had at least 3 pens in that game, mike liry or what ever his name is is a damn **** ref and strick too, i mean how can u giv a bookin at the first 30 secs of a game, and the foul werent that bad

    yeh mike riley is a moron. kahn stood stong for the latvian shot.

    bobic tried a larrson diving header but he got closer to the corner flag than the goal!

    I think the goal was helped with it's 'top corner finish' with the hand of Van De Sar though, but still a great goal.

    That match had so much potential for best goal eg Seedorf, Davids, Nedved all coming close to some great goals.
