I got a mid-B at AS Economics and want to guarantee an A overall. My teacher economics teacher said that I should retake one exam. I got a B in both exams and got 3 more UMS points (is this a lot?) in Macro (Unit 2). Which one should I retake to guarantee an A overall, considering the time it takes to revise and how difficult the exam is?

Bit of a silly question lol

Personally I found Macroeconomics infinitely more interesting so I'd have retaken macro had I needed to retake one of the two. Econ 1 and 2 are probably about the same in difficulty, take which you prefer/find easiest/enjoy most.

Heyy, I studied Economics last year, OCR Examboard. At AS, I got two D's, both around the same ums. In A2, I decided to retake both modules and recieved an overall B, (one ums mark away from an A hahah gutted). My advice would be to retake the one you think you like more, because then you'd take more interest in revising that module. Also because you recieved around the same marks in both papers. After doing A2 Economics, AS becomes easier and less revision time needed. I'd say do ALL past papers until you 100% know what you need to do to get the marks, because the structure is the same every year. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask anymore questions, goodluck!
