BP IST School Leaver's Programme Vanished?

Long story short - I've had my eye on this programme for a while (at least a year). It's finally time to apply but I can't find it anywhere? On their website the only mention of it anywhere is on their UK 'Locations' page, where it states that applications open on 4/01/2016 (today).
Does anyone know if they've scrapped the programme (I'd be so disappointed) or if it's just well hidden?
Give it a week or so. There was a Barclays scheme I was looking at last year that said it opened on the 15th March but didn't actually open for another 3 weeks.
