go and do something you really really enjoy. take a doy off from your reading week and have some fun

go shopping, see freinds anything. just try to take your mind off things

you're probebly feeling down because you've just comeback from a long holiday, and it's getting back into the routine, but like i say try and have some fun for a day

good advice, and maybe if you're especially close with one person, spend sometime with him/her... that's done wonders for me whenever i was down.. and try to look ahead and be optimistic... think about anything good coming up soon

good luck

Depends if you're down cos you're back at uni or down cos of guilty conscience for not having done all the reading you were supposed to! If it's the work make yourself do a litle bit, like half an hour, then reward yourself and build up from there.
do something fun!

Go out! Forget all your problems and just don't think about anything. :hugs:

Get totally drunk if you can!!! :hugs:

Alcohol is never the answer to problems. If you drink to cover up problems then they will only come back worse.

I have to disagree with you on that one. Yes you are right about it but it's not always the case. I know I've been feeling down, I go out with me mates, get drunk, have a good time and then I'm fine. It really depends on the problem. If it's just feeling a little bit sad then it's ok but if you're just drinking to avoid something it's not a good thing.
