Spanish books for Second Language Students

So I really should read more Spanish books, since I'm studying at University, but I'm not sure where to start? I own Como Agua Para Chocolate and Harry Potter in Spanish but I was wondering if anyone could recommend suitable fiction books that are entertaining but not too difficult to read and understand for my level?

Thanks :-)

The best books to read if you are learning Spanish according to Librarything and Goodreads are:

-Abcalia: El Viaje de los Sueños (Ricardo Roque Mateos)
-El Túnel (Ernesto Sábato)
-La Sombra del Viento (Carlos Ruíz Zafón)

I own the first and the third and they are amazing.
