reference number?

hi, i have emailed the university that im going to put as my firm choice, asking them if they could change the course that i want to do. they've emailed me back asking me to send them my ucas reference number but i don't know what that is? i probably sound stupid but can somebody please help!

it shud b on the letter which u got frm ucas with track details

i think its 9 digits numba..jz on the top of ur letter
or if u stil cant find it then email ucas and ask them for it

ucas reference number is ur application number
