= 1/8(x^2 +ax) for 0<=x<=2
= 1 for x > 0

find value of a so that it is a valid cdf.

assuming it should be a 2 and not a 0 and also that it is a F and not a f

when x=2, F(x)=1
so (x^2+ax)/8=1
so x^2+ax=8
so 4+2a=8
so a=2
