Meh, I don't find it that obnoxious. It's a political campaign, Hillary is doing what she needs to do to win.
In actual political positions, Hillary is probably closer to the UK Conservative Party than the British Labour Party. She's decent on security issues (more hawkish than Obama), she has a modestly progressive economic agenda. She's a million times better than anything on offer from the GOP

She's been in politics far too long no other politician is as corrupt or has had as many scandals as her. Even the murder of Vince Foster.
