I'm confused as to how winners are chosen? The person with the best body? Or the person who's lost a lot of weight? I'm thinking of joining in. But I don't want to post my pics and embarrass myself

Did this last year but want to do it better. Have let myself go after the summer (I like to call it bulking lol) and it's now time to cut the fat and smash some PBs.

The aim is to try to strength train on SL5x5 3 times a week with some hypertrophy work after each session, so pretty much ICF5x5. If I can, I'll try fit boxing once every week. Will try a caloric deficit diet and sacrifice gains but probably won't survive for the SL5x5 workouts so I'll take appropriate amounts of preworkout lol.

Carb cycling might be a good idea with plenty of cardio.

Good luck
