I've eaten Weetabix for breakfast since i was tiny, it always fills me up. I sprinkle saltanas on top to add flavour. It's also good for you which makes me like it even more!
i have to say i prefer it crunchy (so if i plan on havng more than 1 weetabix sometimes i put them in the bowl one by one, or put chopped fruit on thebottom of the bowl so the milk only trickes therough the weetabix instead of soking into it) but soggy isnt TOO awful. i've yet to try it hot. i will, someday.
weetabix is 126cal without milk - i'm sure of that
weetabix is the way forward. I realised this competely today when I had two at 5am and I wasn't hungry before 12 With special K I always had to snack at 10 on a special k bar..and up go the sugar levels
I'd hate to eat warm Weetabix with sugar. Personally, I have two pieces in a bowl. Pour milk (semi-skimmed), and let it soak up the pieces a little until it softens up. Not extremely crunchy but not watery either. Let the milk soak into the pieces for five minutes or so, and then tuck in!
After that, I place another two pieces into the bowl and repeat the process.
There's no way 2 pieces could fill me up, so I go with 4 lol
