Revise overall chemical tests and what a negative and positive result would look like, (tests for lipids, carbs and proteins etc)
Consider:
What would a positive result indicate?
How would that relate to excretion?
What complications would arise if specific components were found?
How does the body reduce this effect as much as possible...?
Structure and function of the nephron...

But also... Think about what you've been taught about the kidney and urea and where some molecules are filtered out. Now think about what would a 'mock body fluid' contain of let's say a normal person? And what would it contain in someone with a certain medical condition.
In the OCR spec I know we've been taught about high blood pressure and diabetes etc and how that affects the urine produced.
I don't think we can give specifics away or any help that would put you at an advantage over others but I'm sure your teacher would have given you some hints or a mock or something?
Edit: when you hear 'chemical tests' - this just means the biological molecules tests you learned in AS OCR F212 spec.

I am now locking this thread.
Please do NOT discuss ISAs on TSR.
Even offering hints about what is on them is unfair to all candidates.
