It depends on the exam board but usually the formulae are provided for you in Physics but you have to remember any formulae for Chemistry, you will get a periodic table though.

I've got a C C B in AQA triple science so I'm not the most knowledgeable but I believe that they provide the formula at GCSE on a separate sheet to the exam. It's easier to memorise them though! It'll save you time in the exam!

I do Edexcel so it might be slightly different, you should have a look at past papers as it should show you if you have the formulae or not.

No as it will be on the data sheet, HOWEVER, you should know how to use the equation and apply it to exam questions. ALSO you need to know the units and if for example it's in kW then you'll have to convert that to Watts as units aren't given. You're expected to know this. :-)

Ask me for any more help if required.

Same for Chemistry, :-)

You just need to know the units and how to use the equation. :-)

For Core you do not need to actually memorise the equations but you do need to be able to use them. The units aren't given on the sheet for AQA so you need to make sure that you know them!
