It depends on the exam board but usually the formulae are provided for you in Physics but you have to remember any formulae for Chemistry, you will get a periodic table though.

I've got a C C B in AQA triple science so I'm not the most knowledgeable but I believe that they provide the formula at GCSE on a separate sheet to the exam. It's easier to memorise them though! It'll save you time in the exam!

For Core you do not need to actually memorise the equations but you do need to be able to use them. The units aren't given on the sheet for AQA so you need to make sure that you know them!
