Where do I write retakes on UCAS application?

i finished my A levels last year and im on a gap year
im retaking a few modules as an external candidate in a sixth form that i didnt attend previously. where do i fill in details for the pending qualifications on my ucas application?
do i write in the grades i got last year? do i add the new sixth form as a new school/college/centre even though im not actually studying there?
