Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

I asked a girl out, she said yeah...

...Got her number and stuff. Only thing that's a slight issue, she's a co-worker (decided already she's worth breaking the "don't **** where you eat" rule) and the date is actually a convention that's around 2 months or so (better I ask early before tickets sell out or anything).

I'll see her numerous times from now till then, but it's the first time I'll see her whilst she realises I'm interested, I mean I flirt and joke around with most of the younger girls at work, but with her not as blatantly because she's shy.

Should I just switch it up (flirt with her harder), ignore the other girls more or just go on as normal? =/
