After achieving 3 A-Levels at college (English, Sociology, Sports Studies) I went on to complete an English Literature Applied Language and Linguistics degree at university. My problem at present is that i'm working full-time where i'm not using my english lit degree in any respect. Taking me a long time to earn it, I want to use it. I'd like to take advantage of the fact that i've got it to its full potential, but really dont know where to start. Where can one begin once qualified with an english lit degree? How do most people start off with one?
All ideas and suggestions welcome.

Hmmm writing, literary agency, politics etc You could go into jobs like that I guess :smile:

Surely you must have had a rough idea of what you wanted to do before embarking on the course

Teacher training? Although obviously you'd have to want to be a teacher to do that.
