Unable to get predicted grades..
Hi,
I've just received an email from Ucas informing me that my referee has completed my reference but was unable to supply predicted grades.
Should i email the universities that i am applying to and explain the situation or will i have to apply through clearing once i have achieved my actual grades?
Im retaking my a-levels as a private candidate btw.

I'd try explaining it first because either way you can go to clearing.
