Aww, that doesn't sound comfortable :frown: *hugs*

I'm afraid I don't know what it could be. Have you been doing lots of exercise recently?

If it lasts over the weekend, I'd book in to see a doctor on Monday or Tuesday.

In the meantime, hot water bottle and painkillers?

Hope you feel better soon,
Cxx
Have you eaten anything that might have upset your stomach? I get kinda like that when I have dairy :frown:

Does it get worse if you've eaten anything fatty? A few years back I used to get achy crampy pain which sort of started under my ribs and radiated through to the tip of my shoulder blade. Lying down made it worse but I found it eased it if I sat up, and I'd often feel sick and kind of 'full' and bloated. Turns out I had trouble with my gallbladder and needed to change my diet slightly and take some medication.

I don't mean to worry you at all  but the best thing to do is go and see your doctor as soon as you can, particularly if the pain has lasted more than a few days. It's more than likely going to be nothing serious, but it's always worth going to get checked out.
Ya that area could be liver/gall bladder, or just a stomachache in your upper bowel, go have a chat to your doc
