I've used them before - and I think they work reasonably well, for minor nerves and things... it's not that strong I dont think...

when I was younger, Bachs was the only form of 'medicine' my mum would ever give me, infact i still use them now and have never taken antibiotics or ever really been ill :P:
I read a leaflet on them the other day, and I'm pretty sure it said that tis ok to mix them - because different ones supposedly have different effect i.e. there's one that combats feelings of loneliness and one that does anxiety, so if you're lonely and anxious it's ok to take both - you don't have to just pick one problem that you want shot of!
The rescue remedy for nerves is great!

I thought it was brandy?

Ahhh well whatever it contains alcohol!!!!!!
It makes me very hyper lol
I just bought the rescue remedy and when I've been extremely stressed (i.e. at breaking point) it's helped. I have been taking other stuff too like Zopiclone.

I've used Rescue Remedy before my driving test and my AS and A2 level language oral exams and tbh I think it's rubbish, didn't do anything other than leave a nasty taste in my mouth, but then again, my mate swears by it..soo...I'd say try and see
Always wondered how much of its 'effect' is to do with the ingredients in it and the psycological aspect of it i.e. this thing says its going to relax me therefore im going to feel relaxed.

Technically that's good right?
how long does it keep you calm once you've had four drops...
ive got my driving test next week which will be and hour and 40 mins with the extra lesson..
would it be effective up to two hours after you've taken the four drops....or will it last for ages??
i chose the rescue rememdy over kalms tablets just because it was more expensive..therefore i though it might be more effective...but i could be wrong?

I LOVE its Rescue remedy, its says it needs to be taken in 4 drops 4 times before the event causing the stress. Am not sure if it is the actual medicine or the placebo effect making me calm but it bloody well works!

I've had the rescue remedy and I also saw someone who made up several for me. It's best to see someone if you want them personalised and tailored to your needs. I found them quite helpful, especially the rescue remedy.
