I'm going to be out of the country on results day and was wandering how I'll obtain my GCSE results? I am planning on staying at my school's sixth form so would they mind if I miss an interview and will I have one when I come back? Do you think it's too risky if I miss my gcse results and sixth form interview just for a holiday? Do I need to take anything with me regarding school on holiday?

You can organise with the school to have them posted or you can get a representative to pick up the results for you (you have to tell the school you're doing this though or they won't let your results be given out).

I don't know what the specific protocol is for your school in terms of interviews for sixth form so you should probably talk to your head of year/head of sixth form about it.

first off, you can miss your gcse results if you want, they'll just send it home. secondly, if your interview is during school time, try and attend it. but if your family booked an early holiday then explain it to the school as you cant help that.
Do you think parents should charge rent?
