Is anyone else doing step and seriously worried that they won't get anywhere near the grades?

I think probably everyone thats doing it is thinking the same as you. You just have to remember that full answers give you a lot more marks than lots of little bits and that the boundries are usually surprisingly low, especially on III where its about 45 - 50 marks to get a 2 (out of 120!)

I've quite simply decided that whilst reality is suggesting one thing, I do not do missing the grades and as long as I put everything I've got into it it will be fine.
