How can I get toned when I have a hormonal imbalance/growth deficiency Watch

    So I'm a 17 year old girl, currently looking about 13 lol due to having a growth deficiency. I've always had an obsession with getting toned but I don't know how to because they say that intense training can make the hormonal imbalance worse and stunt my growth even more. I used to do intense training all the time but I think that's what caused my imbalance maybe, idk it just made me super tired and miserable all the time, any ideas?????

    I think you should go see your doctor and get some clarity on what is or isn't a good idea for you. Go to them saying you want to get fitter and ask them to help you work out what's good for you.
