anyone else notice that most uni guys arent looking for a relationship but only sex?? this is my first year in bristol , studying and every guy that i go out with seems to only want sex and not an actual relationship! :confused:

has this happended to anyone else?

Yep. It kinda sucks (unless you're only looking for sex)

Although maybe it's how/when you meet a guy? As in, if you meet on a night out & you're both drunk, then he'll only be thinking about sex? I dunno, I dunno....

yeah i guess it depens on that, well not at a club, i have met some nice guys of my course, and they all seem not to want g/f ,they just want to be single, i just think its weird!

A lot of guys wanna live the Uni dream, so to speak. Wait until after the first year then most will have grown up a bit/snapped to their senses.

Not true for everyone, I myself have met my girlfriend at university and we've been together now for nearly 6 months. I guess it depends on the guy, but I can assure you we're not all sex crazed pigs :p:

meh i want a long term relationship in uni.... I cant seem to find any nice girls though, many that i hang round with are either the girls who would prefer a one nighter or have a bf already :mad:

Anyway to the point. Depends on where you meet these guys. If it is in a club or a place with alcohol don't expect something meaningful.

Don't generalise. Its not all guys. I'm single, and something meaninful is top of my priorities, not sex. I just haven't met anyone I like yet. :smile:

When I get uni I ain't gonna be nout like that. Best thing I think about going to uni is I'll get to start again with noone to know me and no expectations. First thing I do is gonna be well aquaint myself with the people around me and try and make as many women as happy as possible (in a purely pletonic(sp) way). I hate seeing women cry dunno why I just see all people as beautiful in their own right and crying makes me sad, but not when I'm crying :s Oh well this was really pointless sorry. I'm just in a VERY talkative mood.
