I sent my application to 5 universities on UCAS with history majors.
then my father came into my room and
"Son, if you study history I will not pay for you and I will erase your name from family"
so I want to know if these are possible
1. Do "Substitute the choice" and add other university with Computer Science right now with stupid history focused personal statement.
2. Do "Withdraw the choice" and apply on Commonapps with different personal statement.

Or option 3. telling your dad to **** off kindly, and sticking with the majors that you want to do.
You're not a child anymore remember this - what you'll study will have a significant impact on the career you're pursuing, and if you want to study history then by all means do so; don't let other people order you around.
EDIT: Also I saw that you are applying to US colleges, for which the process is slightly different. For UCAS if you're happy with the university or college but you'd like to change the course details, you'll need to get in touch with the university or college rather than UCAS.Last edited by leopatto; 14-01-2016 at 18:42.
