What did you eat today? (honestly please)

I am recovering from an eating disorder and I have forgotten what "normal" eating is.
It would help me if you could post your food intake for the day including meals, drinks, snacks, sweets etc so that I can see what people typically eat.

Also if you are happy to, posting your bmi would be quite helpful as well.

Thanks

It doesn't really matter what you eat, just how much you eat - in my opinion, I'm not qualified. I just make sure to eat at my TDEE.

Lol coming from a cultural background what I ate today may seem a bit unusual but here goes: Morning- Coffee (half the time I don't have breakfast. Lunch (school)- A sort of sausage sandwich with a pitch (croissant filled with chocolate) and and good ol' dairylea dunkers. Lunch(home, yeah some Asians have four meals a day haha equivalent of tea I guess?)- Fish and butternaht squash curry. Dinner- Chips, two chicken nuggets, and an egg. Surprisingly though I can still feel my abs hehe, ooh I have school tomorrow as well
