    i was working all day but i had an apple for breakfast then on my break at work i had a chicken and bacon sandwich, a 'healthy' energy drink, a bottle of water and a chocolate cookie and then on my way home from work (about 6 hours after my break) i had a second chocolate cookie and then for my evening meal i will either have fish fingers with sweet potato fries and peas and sweetcorn or homemade pizza!

    I am overweight so my bmi isn't the best but this is a honest list of what I've had haha

    A banana
    A piece of cake
    Caramel nibbles
    A roast dinner

    This isn't good, usally I eat better but I was doing coursework so I didn't really think about what i was eating and I haven't drank anything either

    Breakfast: An apple, couple of glasses of water
    Lunch: M&S tomato, chickpea and spinach soup with 2 slices of crust white bread
    Dinner: Porridge made with skimmed milk, banana and snack pack of raisins mixed in and peppermint tea.
    Snacks: 2 satsumas, half a bag of M&S honey bbq wholewheat snacks, 2 cups of tea, lots of water

    Breakfast: 2 croissants
    Lunch: pasta salad
    Dinner: nothing

    Snacks: iced bun & custard slice lol

    My BMI is 19.1
    Today I ate
    Breakfast: nothing (as always)
    Lunch: chicken mayo sandwich amd some chips
    Drinks: redbull, coffee and water
    Probably gonna skip dinner and just eat a pack of crisps
    Yes I have very rubbish eating habits

    Not a healthy diet but I've sorta given up caring(?):

    Breakfast
    Bowl of cookie crisp cereal with milk (no time in mornings )

    Break/Lunch
    Packet of crisps
    Grapes
    Pasta
    Mini snack-sized chocolate bar

    Dinner
    Fish and chips (from the freezer )

    10am Jordan's Porridge
    Proper Coffee + 2 sugars
    Activa fruit fusion yoghurt

    No Lunch :naughty:

    4pm Chocolate Macaroon + Tea ( no sugar )

    will have 2 more cups of Tea

    10pm Late supper = Frozen CTM curry + toast + utterly butterly + pink lemonade + florette salad

    I call this the DIABETES PLAN.

    Joke but seriously though the amount of **** I eat, probably halfway there.

    Morning I had chocolate croissant, water, oreo chocolate bar, baked walkers crisps.
    Lunch I had starbursts, sprite, oreo chocolate bar and a donut
    Dinner I am about to have

    I am not sure of my BMI but I know that I'm not overweight... yet
