Hey bare in mind I'm vegan :
Breakfast - ready oats made with almond milk and carob powder and an apple
Lunch - chickpea stew ( chickpeas , sweetcorn , tinned tomatoes , onions and Indian spices) , propercorn , strawberries and a nakd bar
Diner - rice , veggies ( peas , carrots , sweetcorn , broccoli) with a cauliflower sauce ( cauliflower, nutritional yeast , almond milk and turmeric ) with some more ready oats coz I can and a nakd bar
Snack - nakd nibbles ( I love nakd products haha)
And bmi 18ish I believe
