What did you eat today? (honestly please)

300ml cold milk.

Apparently being discharged from mental health services does not mean I am now sensible enough to know I need to stick to my meal plan and have a proper breakfast and lunch. :\

However, still to come will be:

Afternoon snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Sandwich thin, spicy chicken and salad.
Night snack: Reese's peanut butter cups.
300g dates
100g pasta
250g kidney beans
200g chicken

1900 calories
Hey bare in mind I'm vegan :
Breakfast - ready oats made with almond milk and carob powder and an apple
Lunch - chickpea stew ( chickpeas , sweetcorn , tinned tomatoes , onions and Indian spices) , propercorn , strawberries and a nakd bar
Diner - rice , veggies ( peas , carrots , sweetcorn , broccoli) with a cauliflower sauce ( cauliflower, nutritional yeast , almond milk and turmeric ) with some more ready oats coz I can and a nakd bar
Snack - nakd nibbles ( I love nakd products haha)
And bmi 18ish I believe
a number nine,
a number nine large,
a number six with extra sauce,
a number seven,
two number forty-fives, one wit' cheese,
and a large soda.
Brrakfast- branflakes, blueberries, almond milk
Snack- vanilla yoghurt + strawberries
Lunch- protein bar + chopped mango
Snack- watermelon
Dinner- vegetable and quorn pasta

Bmi-16.5
1. Yoghurt
2. Pain aux raisins <3
3. The head of people in TSR :3
Cornflakes, banana (w syrup), nutella sandwich, beef roast, piece of Victoria sponge.

frusli bar, chorizo and cheese sandwich, skips (crisps), banana, orange juice, slice of lemon cake, barbecue chicken with potatoes and peas, and some maltesers.

seems like a lot but I walked 10.5 miles today so kinda needed the energy :smile:
50g of macadamias, an apple and a few prawn crackers.

Having had eating problems I can relate - and hope you can get on a good track! Today I had toast and a peach for breakfast, chicken soup for lunch and stir fry for dinner. I find the best thing to do is to eat healthy, because then I feel less guilty and to make your food interesting and colourful

Really happy to hear you're recovering!
I had a banana/kale/soya milk/almond/honey smoothie for breakfast, calamari and Appletiser for lunch then in between I've had some Zero Orange Lucozade but not sure what's for dinner yet. Keep it up:smile:
Southern fried chicken bap
Hazelnut chocolate bar

Tortellini with butter
3 slices of garlic bread

1L of water

(I'm so unhealthy :frown:)
Breakfast; wholemeal toast and a banana
Lunch; was out all day and didn't have time to sort a lunch time out
Tea; Made a pizza when I came home

Drinks; 1 coffee, 2 glassed of milk and about 3 litres of water
For breakfast: A bowl of bran flakes, adorned with raisins and minced dried apricots, and moistened with soy milk.
For lunch: Baked beans on two slices of toast with grated cheese.
For supper: Sweet and sour tofu with rice, some miscellaneous vegetables, a couple of falafels, and a bit of chocolate tart for dessert.

I am vegetarian, and trying to cut down on dairy.

My diet is meh

-soup
-bangers and mash
-crisps
-chocolate
-water
-strawberry and banana smoothie
Breakfast: 2 waffles and jam
Tea: Tesco meal deal inc. BLT, picked onion monster munch and a bottle of chocolate Yazoo
Drinks: Coffee and cup of vimto (probably have another later)
