    Breakfast: cocopops (very large bowl) with coconut / almond milk, 2 cups of tea

    Lunch: Bagel with peanut butter, pringles crisps, chocolate, 2 apples, grapes, strawberries

    Dinner: Potato waffles and spaghetti (I had a craving for this), carrots, broccoli

    Snacks: Vanilla yogurt, mango, lots of chocolate, some oreos, glass of almond milk

    Lunch: Nothing
    Dinner: An ice cream and a packet of crisps

    Raisin wheat cereal, half jacket potato with coleslaw, 2 mini warm chicken buns, cheesy chicken broccoli pasta and a sharer bar of milk chocolate

    Not sure on bmi I think it's 19 ish?

    Breakfast: Porridge and a cup of greentea and some boiled eggs

    Lunch: Salmon salad, packet of crisps, coffee, lemon water

    Dinner: Quinoa and chicken

    Between that i had fruit/nuts/ and a chocolate bar, and lemon water

    Before getting into bed i had a glass of almond milk. I hope you recover and love food soon xx

    Today was heavy day, but i skipped some parts :argh:....

    -Pre-breakfast: Milk and banana

    -Breakfast: Went to shop, got a baguette with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sausage!! I Best thing i had all day! Along with Fiery chicken wings...

    Lunch:....Aloevera drink.....

    Dinner: FUFU!! An African well-known dish hehe once you eaten from it you won't eat again till the next day surely!

    Breakfast-2 crumpets and water.
    Dinner- This italian pasta salad thingy, and I had a soya milkshake.
    Tea- vegan chicken nuggets with fries, and after vegan chocolate bar.
    Random snack later was vegan ice cream lol.

    Breakfast: Bottle of coke, two slices of pizza, half a tub of B&J's caramel thingy (leftover from the footy match lol)
    Lunch: Three toasted crumpets with butter and a cup of tea
    Dinner: A galaxy bar and a packet of tomatoes

    Breakfast(I don't usually have breakfast but I was at home longer today): A salami sandwich and a slice or two of kasseri cheese.
    Lunch: A dairy milk mcflurry.
    Dinner: 1/3 of a liver kebab wrap. Bread with nutella.
    Snacks: A few pringles and a banana... I think I also had a kinder chocolate at some point.

    Not a great day lol...shouldn't have ate those pringles or chocolate

    Breakfast: Rice Krispies with semi-skimmed milk and a glass of apple juice

    Lunch: Um, a packet of crisps and chocolate milk... I was in a hurry for my exam!

    Tea: Potato wedges, pepper omelette and green beans, peas, sweet corn, broccoli and carrots

    Afters: A few squares of fudge chocolate

    Not a very good day but it was quite disrupted.

    A veggie samosa, 2 chicken pakoras, a chicken salad, a few fries, 3 salt and vinegar crisp packets and some rice krispies cake...:ahhhhh::ashamed:
