What did you eat today? (honestly please) Watch

    Breakfast: Homemade pasta dish mixed with sweet corn, broccoli, prawns, red bell peppers and pasta sauce (blagged it)

    Lunch: White rice with tomato stew and beef

    Dinner: Same thing as above

    Other: Cup of hot chocolate
    1 litre of water (I should be drinking more though)
    A few chocolate golden coins leftover from Christmas haha

    Dinner- Steak and oven chips

    Walkers cheese and onion
    Double Decker
    Cheese on toast x 2

    500 ml Vanilla Coke
    Multivitamin

    BMI 26.4

    I've been eating this way for at least 20 years, and yet my blood cholesterol is perfect. I think I may be Wolverine.

    breakfast- nothing

    lunch- a battered sausage with chips

    Dinner- chicken curry

    Drinks- Lots of diet coke and water

    Snacks- Not sure, been in a strange mood, just nibbled on snacks, put them away and then started on something else, that's been going on all day :/

    I'll include from yesterday since it's heading to 2am.

    ....

    Fish finger sandwich (5 fingers brah)

    Couple of pints of tea

    3 millies cookies

    Chicken in white wine sauce with rice and veg

    few squares of a dairy milk

    ....a tube of salt & vinegar pringles (finished 1hr ago)

    Breakfast: Kelloggs maple brown sugar mini-wheats with skim milk
    Lunch: 2 raspberry and cream cheese crepes with water
    Dinner: 4 chunks of ham (have a 5lb ham to eat!) with water
    Snack: 100kcal blueberry yogurt

    BMI is about 27.

    Breakfast: Two slices of wholemeal toast with an apple and a glass of orange juice
    Lunch: Tuna, tomato, feta, ham, and/or mushroom salad with a biscuit and a glass of water
    Dinner: Usually chicken or sausage pasta/chicken curry and rice/vegetable lasagne with salad and slice of cake and glass of water
    Snack: I don't usually snack as I don't get hungry between meals

    lunch; beans on toast
    dinner; lasagne (quorn+veg)
    drinks; 3 glasses skimmed milk, about a litre of water, 1.5pints lager (only at the weekend)
    snacks; an apple, a cereal bar and an orange

    BMI; about 18.5, I'm also quite short (1.58m)

    Yesterday:

    B: Coffee x 2; Corn Flakes with milk

    L: Salmon, Broccoli and two pieces of Garlic Bread + 1 can of Diet Coke

    D: Spag Bol

    I don't snack, and I try and drink about 4 pints of water per day at the very least. I can't stress enough how important it is to drink plenty of water!

    BMI 19.7 but I eat complete **** and just exercise a lot so idk how helpful I'd be

    So far today:

    - pancake with golden syrup
    - glass of fruit juice
    - packet of quavers
    - chocolate tree decoration
    - piece of bread with alioli
    - maltesers
    - quality streets

    Ah well.... it is the weekend

    looks good to me, exact same lol.

    btw in my post above didn't put BMI, albeit it's a fairly useless measure. 21.4, I'm what I'd call skinny fat really, my weight is fine for my height, slightly light even, but it's because I don't exercise.

    No it's was a conscious decision. I'm a county cyclist so HCLF vegan diets makes the most sense (: and also don't forget the long & short term health benefits (:

    No I'm not, although I've often wondered about going veggie. I could never give up roast beef or chicken
