If by desert island, you mean a tropical island that is deserted;
a) A knife of some description, machete style, perhaps. Definitely a lighter or box of matches. Maybe just a pot of some description to be honest.

Aha! We could still have a fire tho. You can still get sunburnt in Antarctica coz of the ice reflecting it, and the cornucopia would ensure I have the right supplies for the climate. :P
