Can I change a uni course before I start?

I have received a conditional offer to start university in Sept 2016, which I haven't accepted as I am waiting for other offers. I think though that the course I have chosen maybe not the right one for me, can I change it?

Hey there. It is possible in some cases as I did this. I simply emailed the university I had an offer from asking if I could and they reviewed my application to ensure I met the requirements for the new course :h:
