    Variations of squats, lunges, calve raises, hill sprints plus plyometrics will help you gain power. Muscle building for your legs with just your bodyweight however is hard but doable, you have to create a lot of tension and overload. But like the users said, best to either go to a gym or invest in a barbell with plates or even better a squat rack too.
