I'm not very good at knowing what exercise you should be doing and stuff :]

But I've been reccomended using Fitday.com.. keeps a track of what you're eating, what you're burning off, and the progress you're making :]

It's defo achievable even in less that amount of time but I think 4 months is the right amount of time. Just diet and exercise.

Yeah you can loose that amount with a good diet.

2.5 stone = 35 pounds

4 months = about 17 weeks

2 pounds a week is doable but it'll be tough sticking to it for such a length of time. But yeah its possible.
