    I'm exactly the same, it just makes me feel like a really bad person. The thing is, your just going to have to tell yourself that you can't always say yes to people as that wpuld most likely start with people using you. Start by saying no to little things ie if you are asked by friends to do something and you really don't want to, say no and explain why. With practice it does become easier..
