    Hi guys,
I'm currently choosing my GCSE subjects to study for several years, however I am very indecisive on whether computing or statistics GCSE is more beneficial for me. I want to study engineering at university, and would love an honest opinion on both subjects at GCSE level.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Computing is fun but 40% (I think) programming so if you're not into that I wouldn't advise it. Statistics isn't too bad a subject but involves a couple days of boring coursework but the exam is pretty much a maths paper.

I'd say stats because (I might be wrong about this) engineering involves a lot of maths, so you're going to have to do maths at A level and stats is one of the modules you can choose.

I did, it was a few years ago haha, but I remember enjoying it. I actually found the project fun but I'm pretty much alone in that sense.
