    Having trouble with questions 5 and 6 when trying to find lambda/mue etc. Looked on solution bank and still don't understand how to do these questions. Anyone know how?

    Okay so have you written down what a+lambdab is? If it's parallel to the vector i, what does this mean?

    If it's parallel to i then the j component must be 0.
