I have been to harrods,it's so expensive! Like,we don't have an equivalent in LA and it was so beautiful inside. If I go to the shard would I get a better view of the London skyline or do you recommend the London eye?

If you want a view, the Shard is the most breathtaking of them all. You can go to the top for a price, or you can go for free about 35ish floors up to a bar they have there called the Aqua Shard. Only entry requirement is dressed reasonably well, and that you buy a drink up there, but the views there are like nothing I've seen in London. Especially at night.

100% go to Shard instead of London Eye, also in the evening when the sun sets.

    Tower Hamlets
I'm detecting sarcasm? I've lived in Tower Hamlets for my entire life. It's an amazing place; not like how the media would suggest.

The British Library. Also known as heaven on Earth. If I ever get to visit London, that's where I'll spend my time.

There are some large shops yes. But you will almost certainly be asked for money by dodgy looking people.
