I am planning to do my EPQ in college next year as well, you cant really have someone else tell you want to write about because its your decision and you will e the one writing it. Have you tried asking your teachers for ideas? Some colleges/sixth forms have people dedicated to advising on EPQ's. Other than that you could write about the dilemma of the emigrant crisis for the UK, that has a lot you can write about for example the Geneva convention, multiple human rights laws made be Europe and the UK, as well as moral and economic issues. This is a lot to do with your human rights which you said you enjoyed, you could also try and incorporate some family issues in with that too, for example male workers sending money they earn here away to their families in other countries harming our economy but at the same time need to support their own kin.
    Sorry I couldn't help more

Thank you for your ideas! They have helped! Ive been talking actually with my teacher and she said i should perhaps do something like the difference between English and Polish Law system (as i am Polish) this should make my work more unique but again i am struggling with forming a question on it
