Stress advice?

God I hate this I have so much revision to do , my exams start tommorow, I had to go all the way home to get my book (4hr journey), I have to wash all my clothes, (oh god I forgot to buy washing powder), my hair looks awful, I have this awful pain in my chest and I can't sleep.

Does anyone have any tips to reduce stress cause right now I could scream...
???
Thanks for your advice...
Stress, from the sound of it!

Okay:

1) Make a list of everything you have to do.
2) From that, make a list of everything you should do TODAY, ignoring everything you can put off for the moment. I'd suggest revision! Nuts to clothes and hair, everyone'll be panicking about exams anyway so they won't notice.
3) Put the new list in a drawer.
4) Sit down for half an hour, have a cup of tea and read/watch TV/whatever relaxes you.
5) When you're done with that, pick the first thing on the list and do it.
6) Repeat as often as necessary.

This sounds too simplistic but it works for me! Good luck with your exam.
Make list of all the things you need to do, and work through the systematically. Try not to stress out: you'll get it all done if you organise your time.

It doesn't really matter if your hair isn't looking its best, today. And the pain in your chest and the lack of sleep are probably both caused by and contributing to the stress. So have a sit down and a glass of cold water, and relax for a while before going back to the revision.

Plan yourself little breaks, as well. Make sure you drink plenty of water, and put on some relaxing music (or something upbeat to motivate you, whichever you prefer.)

Just don't panic. Take things one at a time, and stay calm, and you'll be fine.
If I take a break I will fail there is so much to revise

I can promise you that you will do better if you DO take breaks than if you don't; your brain cannot take in new information if it's not rested frequently, just take out 5 minutes every 30-45 minutes and get a drink or snack  You will be fine.
Everyone thanks for your advice. After a few deep breathes and singing along to "up in here" by DMX, I feel alot better.
Good  Go with feefifofum's advice and keep taking breaks, it's better in the long run!
