Need help understand entry requirements for uni Watch

    • Thread Starter

So I'm looking at entry requirements for universities and I found one where I really like the course and it has good reviews.
The entry requirements doesn't specify grades, it just says 240-280 ucas points.
I can't find anywhere whether professional qualifications add ucas points.
I'm first year at college & do as maths, economics and business. I also do accounting, but it's not an AS-it's AAT which is a professional qualification.
I would prefer to drop maths, but only if my accounting would help me get into uni.
If it didn't I could still carry it on, but I would need an A in economics and business next year. I got an A & B in my AS mock recently.
What should I do!? I got an E in my mock and they won't let me change to use of maths (which I heard is a LOT easier).
